Visiting the 19th exhibition and forum "Modern Bakery Moscow 2013"

From 24 to 27 April 2013 Delivery World’s delegation visited one of the largest in and Europe event in the field of bakery and confectionery business - the 19th exhibition "Modern Bakery 2013» (Modern Bakery Moscow). In total, more than 240 exhibitors from 20 countries participated in the exhibition. As one of the organizers of Modern Bakery - German company OST-WEST-PARTNER GMBH, the show was visited by the record number of German exhibitors, more than 60.

Within 4 days, the visitors have studied the equipment for the baking and confectionery plants, ingredients for the production – the useful and healthy products. There were also presented new regulations for the manufacture of confectionery products in case of 's accession to the WTO.

Representatives of our company have visited the exhibition to find new customers and negotiate with the existing clients and partners. Over the past four years we have seen in the structure of our cargo transfers the significant increase in the proportion of such products as raw materials and equipment for the food industry, foods, including bread and confectionery products. In many cases the air freight is the only way to carry goods properly, subject to the temperature and time of transportation; mostly it relies to raw materials for the food industry. The equipment and spare parts for production lines also demand short terms of delivery.
